Tropical Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

2 servings

1 package (330 ml) Coop Naturaplan coconut milk
2 Coop Fairtrade bananas
1 Coop Fairtrade mango
2 Coop Fairtrade passion fruits
1 Coop Fairtrade pineapple – several slices
1 Coop Fairtrade lime
1 tbsp chia seeds
100 g rolled oats
3 tbsp maple syrup (or more to taste)

PREPARATION

In a bowl combine rolled oats, chia seeds, coconut cream, lime juice and maple syrup.
Peel and cut mango into cubes. Peel and slice bananas. Peel and slice pineapple.
Assemble the jars: place 2 tablespoons of the oat mixture into a jar, top with mango cubes, banana slices and a scoop of passion fruit pulp. Repeat the same with the second layer. Decorate with pineapple slices and a lime slice.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

Tip: Prepare in a preserving jar and then enjoy on the go or in the office.
